According to Japanese media, the Japanese mobile phone company NTT DoCoMo announced that it would launch a cheap tablet PC at a price of only 9,975 yen (about 709 yuan) in March this year.

Despite the low price, the Tablet PC is equipped with a 10-inch screen and quad-core processors, and is accessible to wireless LAN networking.

Related data shows that in Japan, Apple has been far ahead in the Tablet PC market. NTT DoCoMo hopes the low-cost PC tablet can help it to obtain a higher market share.
