Frankfurter Allgemeine anounced last Saturday that German Volkswagen would build vehicle manufacturing plant in Changsha, Hunan Province, which can produce 300,000 vehicles every year.

According to Frankfurter Allgemeine, this factory would be build by Volkswagen together with partner Shanghai Automotive Industry Corporation and it would begin production in 2006 at the earliest.
